About our Photo Prints

All photo orders are custom cropped and adjusted for optimum contrast and color balance. Images are printed by a professional photo processing lab on true photographic paper. These are not inkjet or dye-sub prints. Photos printed with the finish of your choice (Glossy or Matte). The purchased prints are intended for non-commercial display. The images are copyrighted and can not be legally copied or duplicated without proper authorization by mPHOTO.

Payment

All photo orders must be paid in full before delivery. Payment methods accepted are cash, cheque or Money Order. Cheques and Money Orders should be made out to Mark MacDonald.

Shipping Information

Photo prints are typically shipped within 10 business days of receipt of payment. Delivery time can be longer depending schedule. Mail orders are shipped via Canada Post Xpressmail Service. (Shipping charges extra). You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have a rush order, call us during normal business hours to discuss your needs. We will always do our best to fill your request.

Refunds

Each order is custom-printed, therefore we cannot offer refunds on filled orders. We do, however, want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you have a legitimate complaint about your order, call or e-mail us and we will work with you to come to a satisfactory solution.

All images on this website are copyrighted. Much like a patent, copyrights protect the photographer from unauthorized use. Purchasing a photo print from this website does not grant unlimited use of the image. Photo prints purchased from this website are intended for personal, non-commercial display and cannot be reproduced in any form without incurring additional fees.
